The distillate is drawn with precision to 75%, preserving purity and structure, then slowly reduced to a refined 42% for optimal balance, mouthfeel, and expression. A final maturation period of two to four weeks allows the flavors to harmonize, resulting in a gin of remarkable smoothness, layered complexity, and a clean, elegant finish.
