202 Gin Bar Edition is made from 70% grain-based Alpha spirit with added juniper. After two weeks, the mixture develops a tea-like colour and is distilled to 75% alcohol. It is then diluted to 42% alcohol, forming the base of 202 Gin. Finally, selected botanicals are added, and the gin rests for two to four weeks to develop its distinctive flavour and aroma.

This Dry Gin is crafted from a 70% ultra-pure alpha-grade spirit, selected for its exceptional neutrality and clarity. The carefully balanced botanical blend—juniper, coriander, cardamom, and lemongrass—is gently macerated over two weeks, allowing each ingredient to fully develop its aromatic depth and natural oils.
The distillate is drawn with precision to 75%, preserving purity and structure, then slowly reduced to a refined 42% for optimal balance, mouthfeel, and expression. A final maturation period of two to four weeks allows the flavors to harmonize, resulting in a gin of remarkable smoothness, layered complexity, and a clean, elegant finish.
