The aroma of alpine flowers is mixed with the delicate notes of citrus fruits, pears and pineapples. 

The wine is great as an aperitif in combination with soft cheeses, seafood, chiken and vegetable salads. 

The grape varieties are fermented separately at an average temperature of 17°C.

  • The Kangun grape add unique notes of white fruits, valley flowers, honey and quince, which makes for a wine with abundant freshness and prolonged aftertaste.

     

    The Khatun Kharji variety produces wonderful fresh wines, with noble aromas and high quality. Its unique bouquet of aromas delivers a great pleasure. In fine wines Khatun Kharji demonstrates alpian flower aromas, citrus notes and gentle pineapple. 

     

    The Aligote grape adds wonderful aromas, which include elements of apples and lemons. to this fantastic white wine.
